No lapping in the middle of the Esses and in the middle of Spoon. Give way before or after those. The best course of action is for the lapped car to run its line at normal pace and then give way soon after the esses, or before if you see a car approaching. Giving way in the middle of the esses requires very good car control and costs a lot of time. Furthermore, it will become a mess if a train of cars is approaching, with the lapper suddenly too slow on the racing line after the first car has passed.
